HI, Is opening a LOC on my primary a good option to fund flips or is there a better solution to get the funding?

Because interest rates are high right now it probably doesn’t make sense to pull extra cash just to stick it in a bank account.

I did not want to sell it, and I saw the value in holding on to this property.

I would assume that you'd just simply sell each individual lot to the developer at a set lot price such that your cost to purchase the raw land and improve it to buildable lots was worth the proposed profit per lot.  

If you have any evidence of Homeland Security involved, I would be most interested in seeing it.  

I currently use rentredi and am disappointed in it, I want to switch to STRESSA but find they collect rents into their bank account.Has anyone used RENTREDI accounting software, they want $100.00 per month which i find exesssive.

What's your pitch to sellers in a competitive market when you are up against experienced wholesalers?

I've been investing in real estate since 2017 and have seen that the real money or wealth made in this field is in equity build up moreso than in cash flow.
