I work full time at a local Chip( hint people think i work at Stadium) company as an Telecom engineer for last  20 years and still love the work i do and hopefully they don't fire me.

So the tenant will need to find another place to live or the landlord will need to lower the rent.I have many years experience of successfully working with the local housing authority that administers the Section 8 program in our town.  

@Lee GierszewskiYou make some good points.You know I called every brokerage in town a couple of weeks ago to figure out how local investors are getting together and networking. 

As noted above, you need to be mindful of and verify local ordinances when renting by the room.

Check with local banks and small credit unions in the area.

I am local to Cleveland and learned about Smartland through BiggerPockets.

Maybe we could start a local investor meetup.

I have just Googled and joined some of the local real estate investment meetups. 

Is this local ordinance verified by the city and if so, what are the ways around it, like possible SB1033 and condo out the units or something else?
