Exception would be floating floors, the weight of the cabinets could prevent them from expanding and contracting and could buckle them.

Is it a big giant 1-10 scale of quality, of course not but with some very simple quick effort a person can be vet'd on here and that is darn unique and worth it's weight in gold.

There will always be more time involved and inherently more risk with raw land but if you can do your due diligence/research and have a good grasp on what the finished product will sell for and its demand, it can lessen the risk.

(not sure exactly what they filed)So as I understand it , there is no JT because it isn't specifically mentioned on the vesting deed, and the deeds of trust carry no weight, but everyone seems to think there is JT.
