If you want to create maximum long term wealth you should definitely investigate high priced markets; I'm not saying you'll want to buy in them, but that choice should be made after looking at the market where the properties are and making an educated guess about what it will do and how much risk you can afford to take on. 

I haven't looked into that or what market rent value is for that area.I'm still investigating the property value, but I think it's probably worth $150k.

WELL I had no idea until I got into the program about all the rest and alas if I had to do it over again I would likely investigate other options more closely.
