As far as I know, there are no plans to build on either lot any time soon.At the start of the renovation, we replaced the roof.

to me its a waste by the time they alert you that someone has filed a fraudulent deed ext. its already done and your going to have to take action..

Hello I have a question as to how can I find investors for real estate deals and projects, are there investors interested in community development, I have many questions and even a business partner in texas looking for community oriented investors,  what's a good place to start and grow from there thank you all for your time and advice now and in advance 

Make it clear you'll be conducting inspections (I do them up to every 4 months / 3 times per year).But in your question, you used the word "prevent', which is NOT possible.

It's a tough market right now, this thread is to encourage those who might be going through a rough time in their business.

That can be a lot of time and work if your are doing on your own.
