The worst place for my personal investing would be to be near the top of a bubble in a local area where my cash flow is minimal, taxes are going up, unavoidable HOA on SFHs that only rise and may come with special assessments, and where the economic numbers are in a troubling trend.

It depends on the dolor scheme you are using in the house.The trend right now is gray neutral.Check houzz for painting ideas.But alotnof folks like the look of wood beams so i would paint it all black.I would try a contrast color scheme.

I am currently reading "10X Rule" by Grant Cardone among some other great ones ("The advanced Guide to RE Investing" by Ken McElroy, and "Marketopoly" bty Mark Mackenzie both great books which over amazing insights on identifying market trends and cycles, allowing investors to maximize ROI by staying ahead of the Game..) but the 10x Rule has stood out because of the principles it teaches in TAKING CONTROL of our success by treating success and the massive action that it requires as a personal "duty, obligation and responsibility"....not only today or tomorrow, but continuously throughout our lives.

My business partner @Tommy Mejia and I have done a great deal of research on market trends in our target areas to see which ones have already started to show signs of a distressed local economy.I'm assuming it can "help" the wholesaling industry when you look at the number of leads and motivation from sellers as times get rough.
