Hello BP Family,I have a tenant who has not paid rent this month because she got into a car accident and waiting on collecting TDI.

I have a tenant whose lease calls for weekly rent collection. 

I'll collect the rent from the units, including him, keep the cash flow for a year, and then maybe have him buy me out in a year buy paying my down payment or by paying half the down payment and splitting the cash flow in half.

The property management company collected two months worth of rental payments from my tenant and has refused to turn over the payments.

Looking for a reliable and well established property management company in Middlesex County in NJ that is reasonable and handles tenant rent collection, issues/repairs/emergencies as well as inspections and ideally some legal coverage.

. - In Ohio (and every other state I know of), you must be a licensed broker to collect any amount of a fee from managing rental property owned by someone else.

We want something to help us market our unit, receive applications, conduct background checks, collect rents, maintenance requests,  and keep track of expenses.Thanks do your time.Erik 

In short, I will be added to the title of one of our family’s triplex to help oversee the rent and collect the income.

Generally we do a lease signing and collect security deposit, and first and last, in the form of a cashier's check before move in, On move in day we do a video inspection with the tenant in the video.

Do I begin eviction or put up with the BS to collect the extra $100 every month.
