Im just ignorant of the fact about home materials and what need to be fixed in a home and estimating the cost AND how to do it.

We have estimate for the trash out already.It has 4 units, all have rents about $200/month lower than the market.

We are looking to borrow around 60% ($42k) of the value of the condo (current estimated value of $70k) in order to reinvest that money into our business.

I would have a contractor go in and give you an estimate to put a wall up.

His quick estimate for rehab would be around 35K.
