I have significant assets to protect, so all it would take is just one of those people who does happen to be smart enough to try to get to my assets and it could significantly impact my quality of life.

A primary factor that will impact future real estate growth in most of CA is the fact that wage increases are not keeping up with appreciation or rental rates.

Changing property managers can be a challenge especially when the current company is not doing right by you, with no real sense of responsibility for the people/business they're impacting.
