Then document it your notices like crazy - with pictures if you can - and let them know they are in breach of the lease, thus the lease can be terminated upon proper legal notice.

It's perjury and possible fraud if you use the loan to flip a property, so be careful in the future.As you found out, there are lots of programs in Baltimore to buy houses, but again, my understanding is that these are for homeowners so I hope you didn't sign documents to that effect.These loans used to be available for investors, but that stopped sometime around the year 2000.

Most landlord/tenant court cases can be handled without a lawyer if you're well prepared (which it sounds like you are) and have your documentation organized.Since it's a decent amount of money, you may want to consult with an attorney, for a few hundred dollars I'm sure they can give you good advice.It sounds like you have a good case.
