Prior to the purchase here were the values the sites reported:Zillow: $293,992Realtor: $269,538Homes: $232,700As you know, home sale data takes time to get into government databases that these sites pull their data from, but on the exact day my sale info hit the public domain all the values changes in a way that made them closer to the sale price of 245,000:Zillow: $288,905Realtor: $242,484Homes: $245,024So its hard to trust these sites are providing relevant data if all they do is simply chase real data.

Post graduating high school at 16 years old I worked at the fast food chain full time that I currently work for today I am in the process of transitioning to a Teller position at a local bank to generate income while working in the field of finance in addition to being approved of my grants for my Business and administration degree.

We have more than 10k in debt at this point that we incurred from evictions, so it would be nice to just run some names through a database every other month or so to hopefully find the employer to collect on some of that loss we incurred.
