Whenever someone chooses to pay off their mortgage debt early the banks cry foul and impose a Pay Out Penalty based on the bank supposedly lending that same money at the Mythical Posted Mortgage Rate.

-Rent rate is much higher: I can rent a 3 BR/2 Bath House to students for about 20-40% more than I could non-students.Cons:-Helicopter Parents: The worst part about renting to students IMO.
