As of now - BRRR looks like something that appeals to me the most, but as I continue to study I will be able to answer this question better.I am ready to start this journey and welcome all advice, criticism and friendship along the way.

Rinse and repeat.I am also a big fan of Robert Kiyosaki’s ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad 'and in that book taxes are depreciation and tax savings are critical.

I could be too critical, as I will be moving into this house, and feel my standards might be a bit too high, (I'm trying!) 

Most transactions are private, so detailed knowledge of rent rolls, replacement costs, deferred maintenance, and other critical data is not widely known.

I know that I have much to learn and I am always eager to hear different perspectives, and constructive criticism from other more experienced and successful investors than myself.

In conclusion, listening to understand is critical in communication.

If your goal is to have a dependable passive income that you will not outlive, then the location is the most important investment decision, not the property.Wherever you decide to invest, it is critical that you work with a good local investment team.
