I have a close friend who has several properties there - a multi and some SF Air BnB.

While a great insulator (and air barrier, if it's closed-cell) it is an absolute nightmare when a contractor has to come in and remove it to do some work.

I love this area; it's beautiful with fresh air and rolling hills, but so close to downtown and even Vestal for more shopping and restaurants.

It is and has been a duplex for decades including separate central air units.
