Also if closing end of year lots of investors have already spent their money for the year and tax planning so in December lots of them are tapped out until next year.If your existing investor base is used to NNN and already had success with them in the past then they might feel comfortable scaling up.

So if a handy man works for a co and sees X limit on 100% of the WO's for years and then yours rolls through with a differnet number, there is potential for an issue.Best to just find a manager that works within your comfort zone.

Hi all,I'm thinking of purchasing a condo that is located quite literally right next door to a fire station.My question is: this whole condo community is essentially next door to the fire station, but my unit is the closest to both the side road and the fire station.I am wondering how much of a "discount" you would need to feel comfortable buying this unit (as compared to another similar unit/floorplan that is nestled more comfortably inside the inner ring of the community.
