small home in a great location the newer homes are like 400-700k but small older homes go between 250-299k but it needs alot of work kicthen bath floors roof mechanicals,and paint= 20k but the mechannicals and bath i can do plus some other things. so i took the low end 250k x 70% 175000- 20k = 155000. but this is a mls asking 225k saying flip this house i made the offer. waiting a counter do i have any wiggle room to come up?

You could setting your browser not to allow cookies and then browse your site to see if you get any problems.I know that googlebot can follow javascript links, but the last time I seriously looked into it, it seemed that Google was choosing not to follow such links and wasn't using them in the calculation of pagerank.

I understand there's more risk in going bigger, but there's already elevated risk either way by choosing to go farther or pay more closer.I don't know where most of you guys live but, it's my firm belief that certain cities have passed the threshold for new buyers to make positive cash flow (at 20% down payment or less).
