Any suggestions for a reliable contractor for cabinet replacement and flooring work in Roselle Illinois.

Purchase price: $123,000 Cash invested: $80,000 Sale price: $250,000 Updated this 3 br/ 3 bath tri-level home - replaced siding, roof, deck, sidewalk, garage door, front door, all interior doors, all cabinets/granite countertops, all new tile in 3 full baths, new paint & flooring.

I have fixed lots of doors, locks and cabinet drawers over the years and rarely charged.

Unfortunately the weather in VA did not allow for much more outside this week.All set to hang cabinets and lay tile in APT 77  until we realized that the mold in shared wall between the kitchen and bathroom was more than we could let slide, the dry wall however dry was barely wall and there were a multitude of bad patches from plumbing weeks of old. 

Market rent is around $1400+ and I was hoping to get at least $1300 or so.But if we do the numbers with PM team taking the 50% of first month and easy carpet cleaning and other turn over costs even without light rehab(cabinet painting and fix any safety issues), the $1250 may still win.

The problem is most-likely not a cat urine smell as much as it is cat dander not only on walls and floors, but inside walls, inside the furnace, any type of ducting, underneath the house if is on a raised foundation, in and on light fixtures, in window sills, inside cabinets, underneath cabinets, inside appliance, inside light switches and every place where air can move it.My company specializes in getting rid of odors that are difficult to get rid of.

Roof, chimneys, windows, siding, storm windows, screens, kitchen cabinets, appliances, flooring, garage door and opener, HVAC, water heaters, etc.  

Everything interior is finished except for the cabinets and finish plumbing which has not even been picked yet.

Any suggestions on cabinet suppliers other than Home Depot, Ikea and Lowes are also welcome.
