Joe - If you do a search on this topic in the archives - you will find many other articles that talk about trying to find a "good" realtor - I have answered on many and still feel - the best thing you can do is to leave the stumbling block out of the middle.

I won't be able to make the summit, but private money seems to be a hot topic - perhaps an expert to clear the air of all the requirements to use private money for investing purposes.

I had a interesting topic this morning with one of my relatives about "Drug testing people on food stamps" and it sparked an interesting debate, BELIEVE ME!!

So, even if it is a charged debate topic, just like tax and immigration reform are always hot topics come election year that are forgotten about one week after innaguration, responsible middle class people will not get rewarded for good behavior.

Check the archives on this site for articles I and another Investor (mine was from Realtor magazine) on the increased demand for farm land.
