Hi, I am acquiring a two family property and would like to install a laundry machine with app based payments - however, having a dedicated WiFi connection just for the machine doesn't make sense financially.

@Greg McClain that looks to be about a 5cap deal as mentioned above, and I would agree with the comments that this deal will require some effort to turn into a stabilize cash machine. 

I have an absolute TONNE of Resources that are free to wholesalers and Realtors® who invest.  

If it is one room, rent a machine.

Same goes for the ones I bought for $23,000 and $24,000 -- don't want anyone to take those little money machines away from me!
