We want to have the flexibility to use the studio unit during the week for business purposes and then have it rented during weekends.

I also have a full-time job on the weekends. 

I will be in the Charleston area this weekend for a week looking at investments in the area.

Everytime you turn on the radio here you hear an ad for one of them pushing their weekend seminar.

When we moved from Japan we were in Transit Billets over there....he was at David Grant Medical Center for 13 years before he retired.I am very close to someone that just used Real Estate Express for PreLicensing and the  the weekend before the test took a webex through "REal Estate Trainers" in Southern Ca and passed the state test the firat time. 

Next, we were going to add digital door locks so people can enter the building 24/7 after we close at 6pm (weekends) 8pm (weekdays).

I am very motivated to close on this property because my goal by the Christmas 2020 is to subsidize my moms income.

For example, the Renton Highlands are desirable because people love the Issaquah school district; however, there is also a gun range a few blocks from Liberty High school so it can sound like a war zone on weekends. 

I am training to be a financial advisor, but would love to get some experience on weekends.
