Hey ya'll - @Brian Watkins - So, I have it set so IF i text a certain phone number from my cell phone, it will add a row in a Google Sheet.

They have a new VP leading their commercial lending (came over from WF actually), and he'll actually take the time to call you from his cell phone on his commute.

Thanks @John HauserI know for larger multi-family properties you can also add a device to the water pipe going to each unit (it's about the size of a pack of cards) which separately meters the water.

For a site this size, yes, someone will have to have a cell phone on their hip - the facility can't afford, nor does it need someone behind the counter full time. 

I told them I was removing certain expenses like cell phone and mileage.
