Since my family was military for most of my life, I have lived in roughly 12 different houses and have been to hundreds of locations including living in Belgium for a period of time.I am eager to interact more and continue learning from others on this same journey.

You probably signed up for one of their services which then probably put you on the mailing list.If you’re doing real estate business in Cleveland you’re probably going to interact with them at some point as they sell a lot of property there and manage a lot more as well.

The Short Term Shop set us up with a realtor from their team that was never available, didn't return calls or respond to messages for days, and was dishonest when relaying our criteria and communication back to Luke and Avery.To be fair, when we posted on BP and interacted with Luke or Avery, they responded immediately with curtesy and the realtor from their team got in contact with us right afterwards.

No interactions, nor transactions with the public/tenants/vendors/contractors.

It’s about human interaction, being interested and smiling either in person or through the phone!

I also like Hurdlr if you want to run everything from a mobile app experience and then of course Quickbooks is really nice if you have an accountant as most of them already know how to use and interact with it. 

The result is unwanted interactions.
