To me the USPS has to be on that list, followed by Dollar General (especially in this climate), and then food and beverages like Starbucks, which has been closing stores, but nearly always occupies nice buildings, and finally banks especially ones with no exposure to CRE lending :)

I've been to quite a few home depot stores...these tile are usually in the commercial vinyl sections, separate from the rest of the tiles.

Go to a hardware store and buy and eight foot pipe for I think it cost me about 4-5 bucks, then go buy a wood handled hammer carve it up so it fits in the bottom of your pipe.

I would recommend the following.1) Secured major CC's.2) Store Cards with Low Limits3) If its a trustworthy person, perhaps being add as an AU (Authorized User) on a parent CC.
