Hey Sunny, I've used GreenLeaf Title numerous times and they have taken excellent care of all my Veteran/Active Duty clients.

Get a heavy duty Surge Protector and Battery pack combo. 

And realize if no one is assigned the duty then no one is likely to do it, but if we are talking less the 2" then it likely does not matter much.
