These owner run associations might gladly pay and welcome some strong support in your area of expertise.

The Colorado HOA Forum, a Colorado home owner advocacy organization, will continue to lobby legislators to support a Bill to end or limit this fee.  

The argument you are providing is certainly one that could be brought up before a Judge, but I think the nature of the language of the UPL rules would support the idea that, by explicitly omitting language related to the U.S.

I am a recent college graduate, from University of Maryland, looking to get into real estate investing.

I found that there was nothing to be afraid of, with some education and support it is rather simple.

Not to mention, in hurricane climates and seismic, container structure provide extremely additional structural support compared to conventional stick build.

Hey Matt a trick I learned from the modular home builders is to embed 1/2 OSB on the walls (& flush against the 1/2 drywall) where you will be hanging wall cabinets & again where you need to secure the lower base cabinets esp. if you need further support for heavy granite etc.It sure beats looking for those studs & if you install an above-the-stove microwave it really helps to secure the sucker.
