It can be 80% dry in  24 hrs by the last 20% takes 30 to dry.

I replaced a cast iron old stack and it took me an hour and about $75 in parts plus some dry wall and mud.

Some people have wells that have run dry and despite the sophistication of the plumbing system they turn the knob and get mud.  

Start to finish we are about 3-4 months out to being able to make offers but in the market looking and running number so when were able to pull the trigger we can do it without hesitation.
