I know a lot of this is subjective, and I tend to be a cynic, but calling a market 90 minutes (in clear traffic) outside of Atlanta, an Atlanta suburb does not fly.  

Google can penalize a single page and thus overnight the traffic will go to 0.

Can anyone help identify the best areas of the Poconos for consistent traffic year-round?

We have a remote so cal desert park that does not get alot of street traffic so we need to get a bit more creative.

I will definitely have to turn on the notifications to my email for the forums.Vanguard has a lot of foot traffic through the offices for floor time.  

Traffic congestion is a big issue where I'm located so more self contained communities that keep traffic off the roads and higher density urban development makes more sense.

I'm not saying she can't drive traffic from CL to a cheaper platform - she can.

With that said, my understanding is that there are a couple of business's that lease some of the space and it appears that they do quite well in booking bus tours and professional conferences based on the traffic I see.

More booth traffic means the sponsors see more value, so they are willing to sign up in the future and pay more money.

., and if you really need something that's not right here (with the commensurate dose of traffic), it's <2 hours to Nashville, Birmingham, or Chattanooga, and about 3.5 hours to Atlanta or Memphis.My day job brought me out here and it honestly wasn't even on the radar before that.
