You can appeal any increase but if the sales price support it I have not had good luck. 

If you will be investing outside your knowledge base make sure you build a strong team in the area to support you.

As an inexperienced investor, I would not pass up on the chance to make my name known with a financial supporter and gain the experience from the project.
