The issue is tech savvy customers have figured out how to scam it and I can’t get satisfaction from their customer support.

Ironic considering they were pitching me to have skin in the game by paying their fee.You won't hear a ton of bad reviews on these guys, mostly because they hold you to confidentiality once you sign on and most people are probably too embarrassed to say they got hoodwinked.

I'd recommend looking for markets where that $50,000 could help you do a quick flip to generate more investable capital where you can then get into some buy and hold deals.

While these brokers/agents focus on commercial, in Ohio, they took the exact same test and hold the same license as the agent that is trying to "help home owners get top dollar for their house".As for loan terms, these can take on many forms.
