Take the last with a grain of salt, as a big jump fro Dec to Jan is seasonally normal, however this is more than we have seen in past years and suggests a very hot spring market!

Since there are many more listings competing on the market than in previous years, it’s crucial to prepare a listing to stand out among the rest and work to address buyer objections prior to going on market.

I don't know if you can qualify as non occupant co-borrowers together, as we don't know what anyone's income or liabilities are.I suggest you do a couple things: Write out a plan and agreement between the three of you with the date you plan to refinance and who pays for every penny.

Sometimes certain things fit a little better depending on what you are doing.Also, I might suggest that if you need something on a local level it's usually better to get this from another local real estate investor. 

All this said, even the #$Ying cable companies demand your social :) Don't rent to them if you feel uncomfortable but this would probably happen again.I did, we suggested a better way to give us the SSN and leave no trace anywhere else…..Well at this point it’s not the SSN we aren’t getting, we have been unable to verify the relocation employment, nor can we contact the current employer as we were told it is a delicates transaction, so I am done spending time on them

We suggested they start a business and buy through the business name but aren't sure about that either.
