Wanted a long-term store of value that didn't require a lot of time.

The signs are cheap and look more professional that the ones you get at your local hardware stores; of course, those will do the job too but it's your call on which yard sign you want to use. 

I spoke with a store manager last week down on Chestnut St., Center City and he was of the opinion that a lot of the stores in the area would not be coming back.  

The cost of a full eviction (both time and monetary) where the tenant is forced out by sheriffs and you have to store their goods is absolutely ridiculous, do all you can to avoid that situation.

Sunday afternoon, you want to know what roads are backed up coming home, wishing they could leave their RV stored closer to the rec areas. 

There should be lots of local outlets so you dont have to shop at the big box stores.

Otherwise you are responsible for storing them-I'd be more worried about the car than the few belongings (usually for 6 months).
