Hey BP family, I am looking to connect with some general contractors in the Charlotte and north of Charlotte area, specifically by Lake Norman.

The split is very firm specific.

There are many other factors to consider besides bedroom count and of course you need to research your specific market.

If there is knowlege of what their trade area demographics are you could theoretically use that to hone in on specific markets where there is no MCD's currently, but that would mean overlaying the current competition map as well to find those holes in their overall location strategy.

I will cycle through 1-3 new credit cards a year specifically around when I start a new project or need to do upgrades on an existing rental.

Get some business credits, perhaps amex specifically.
