Are the other homes in the area about that size, larger or smaller?

Based on the lot size and lack of comparable properties in the area its been a little hard to project a list price but I would like to clear a good chunk of money for my efforts. 

My area has a good size inventory and houses are selling but it's hard finding great deals.

This could be $200-$500 per unit depending on the property and size of the units etc. 

On the contrary, if you are working with a reputable PM company focusing on decent size commercial asset's, i think it is good exposure in my opinion.

However, on larger buildings one might order an engineering property condition assessment (PCA) from the get go.For this reason, you need a diligence period which corresponds to the size of property - or the ability to extend your diligence period when a deeper investigation is warranted.  

In my opinion houses that size are hard to sell even once they are remodeled.

Most of this is already in place, so the plan is to begin offering the platform to other teams/agents with some level of monthly coaching around their Chart of Accounts & expenditures.

Tenant has yet to move all their stuff out, but so far while giving tours I've noticed the following (based on my before pictures compared to how things are now, I took a few pics of damage while walking through so I could compare at home right now):-Bathroom counter has a thumbnail size chip in it, very noticeable and was not in before move in pictures.
