I don't know what I've gotten myself into :shock: 1) what do you personally use him for?

I was recently notified about the scam with Morris Invest in Indianapolis and I'm completely shocked.

I would be shocked if that was the case.There are tons of posts on here and throughout the internet where wholesalers ask how to make sure they don’t “get stuck” buying the house they put under contract.

I meet with prospects 1 on 1 as it is shocking some of the things they tell me while viewing and a valuable screening tool and I’d miss that with an open house.  

What even shocked me more is that apparently board members of the RICH Club know about his actions but they have chosen to turn a blind eye to it. 

We received a shocking $1,000+ water bill in Denver one month - it was because of there was a leak & a constantly running toilet, which the tenant ignored. 

The lack of rentals in this area was shocking.
