The tax value on the house last year was $37,000. this year it’s down to $24,000. he went in and did some repair work. it’s what you call putting make up on a pig.The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath.

If it is, they will ask for a cost estimator to show that the insurance would be sufficient to repair / rebuild the home.

thanks yes i do want to get a specialist in to give me a quote for repairs and the houses on the same street sold for around 130k to 160k but just 3 blocks away houses sold for up to 300k.

I should hire a contractor for more extensive repair/rebuild of balconies and stairs.3.

However, it's not unbearable for next tenant, but I wonder how much you would charge the tenant for the repair.

Future considerations are, in the event the meters should go bad and get changed out, the repairs are held to 1 location on the property.

If you get into house for 10k, and it needs 20k in repair, you guts to learn and be a lionNot to mention all the electrical work I fixed!!
