Money you can put in your own pocket if you know where to go with a deal.I can’t say if the cost for their training is better and more organized than reading free information available to you.

It's not to say that your criteria will change, depending on the market cycle, your experience, your goals.

Its nice to want to go after larger multifamily properties but if you have no experience with them, you are not gonna get the money unless you have a friend or family member or a very large downpayment.
