We could not find any additional records of the basement being properly finished.If you can provide any further building records in regards to the basement being properly finished the Town could look into those.I tried to call the code official who sent me the email a few times and didn't get a reply.

Just be careful to properly comp your ARV for refinance purposes - it can be tricky to pick the right comps without knowing the city.Good luck!

@Eddie Torres probably, the small HOAs usually aren't as bad and may even be somewhat helpful in policing the front landscaping making sure tenants upkeep it properly
