Well, while $10 earnest money is promoted, it's a joke.  

They also frown on the popular BS contracts promoted on BP "wholesaling" forums where they use 30-60 inspection periods, fake partners, all the garbage.

. :) .. but I get it.I have a vendor in B ham that Is not a big promoter and does a great job... been doing business with him for 14 years now.very hands on.. and usually builds portfolio for his clients.. some have 20 to 50 homes with him..

However, the increasing promote rewards performance (or good luck).Conversely, if the deal under-performs, investors can earn up to 100% of the profits if the 8% isn't met. 

Most cards will do balance transfer checks to anyone right over the phone if you have a current promotion, and all of my cards are always running promotions at any one time.
