Time will tell how this property really performs, but I’m glad I took action and added this property to my growing portfolio.  

The difference between a true cash buyer and a "true cash buyer" is where the action is; make sure you drill down on that!

Regarding Beavercreek, it may be good to consider since it is one of the few dayton suburban areas that has positive population growth.
