My perspective is entirely opposite. 

I am desperately seeking information, so that I know how to sell my house using owner financing.I just want Owner Financing 101 (from the perspective of the seller).I'm looking for hard examples using numbers.

I think the answer is yes, but I wanted to get the perspective of some other seasoned investors.I bought this condo for my primary residence about 10 years ago with essentially nothing down.

But if the end buyers (such as yourselves) are targeting rougher areas that are under development/transition, then I should probably think about shifting my marketing efforts.

Surprisingly we had a friend who is a home builder walk it with us and he said it was in amazing shape for being empty 4 years and encouraged us to make a move from his perspective.  

I'm in NYC, where prices are extremely high, so from my perspective wholesaling is not something that a licensed agent needs to explore.

We can deal with edgy from a comfort perspective.
