There's substantially more entertainment offerings in Gatlinburg, again, year-round.As high as things have gotten, Gatlinburg is still a bargain-basement place in terms of a decent yield and the promise of long-term appreciation in value.

We ended up opening up a HELOC to not only handle a lot more of the surrounding "stuff" like artificial turf, landscaping, the outdoor kitchen, etc and rolled in that loan, but we had no issues with it.
