@Carter Buckingham If you're planning to purchase a mobile home in the community where the land is rented, you'd have to check first with the park manager and/or owner to see if you can move forward with your plan. 

If they get back in your good graces and pay on time - every time - then you can let them stay until their lease ends, then move them out at the end of their lease.I once had a tenant on Section 8 that had to be $25.

In some cases, the buyer gave the house back because they were moving and still couldn't qualify for another loan.

I do plan on living in the condo for at least a year or 2 then trying to move and buy another property.

I then recently moved into doing flips, JVing with other investors, and I’m ready to start flipping independently since I have gotten experience.I’m a big fan of the more local the better, given, they will know the smaller markets as well as the big in my city; however, I am open to lending opportunities farther out. 

I'm moving home to California (San Luis Obispo) and want to see if it can be done.
