I’m trying to get some opinions and different points on view on a duplex I looked at this morning.

Once those concepts have settled I am going to give it another read.Since joining, I have listened to about 20+ episodes of the podcast and just purchased "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down" and will begin listening during tomorrow morning workout. 

My ex husband and him took a flight early morning from Honolulu and then got there 8 a.m., knock the door...and he opened the door.  

He paid rent, didn’t cause any trouble, left the place clean, and communicated with me during that time.He texted me this morning asking if I had any apartments available, which I will in about a week, but I’ve increased the rent a decent amount.
