Perhaps an app was approved that would normally be turned down in order to create the scenario for you to close?  

Purchasing a Mobile Home Park feels like it might be a little ambitious.

We purchased another house that used to be a mobile home that was added on to until it became a 2400 square foot home on 2 acres in Queen Creek, Arizona.  

I thought I'd need a 3rd party app of some kind to do that.

Needless to say after our conversation she offered to give me the key tomorrow because she had surgery today and is not mobile, so I can go by and look at it and make a offer.

I started with the purchase of a small, (16 unit) trailer park and have added a small mini storage unit, (1 building, 19 units) and 5 SFR's as well as an additional 10 mobile homes.

Hi all, I just got under contract on a multi family deal in Mobile, Alabama.

When looking for materials I check craigslist, local ads in the area and now finding things on apps like Letgo.

couple things and again not to throw cold water on your idea.you are going to find it quite difficult in the north bay to find homes as cheap as your talking about.but that said.. get PROPERTY RADAR and use that app.. its critical.when vetting a buyer ask them for the last 3 properties they bought.. ask for address check public records and see if they actually bought them.. you are going to run into a whole host of flakes on craigslist that you had no idea existed.. daisy chains of guys like you with little to no money trying to do this..
