If you're a particularly prudent buyer, or one who is hypervigilant on the accumulation of small to mid sized issues that arize, I wouldn't doubt there are buyers less concerned with these matters than yourself.Permitting issues certainly concern me, depending on the magnitude.Leases are all I really want accuracy from, they tell the true tale.

LOLWhat's nice about being a 10x Napper is I can roll with a mid-morning nap if I got up too early, a noon or mid afternoon nap if too late, etc.

And do you think 185k is a good price for this land if the distress house is 1495 sq ft main level, has a full basement 1495 sq ft, needs mid to max(60-80k) repairs, the ARV for the house is 286k with 13 arces, 217 frontage.
