Tell me about your projects!

I am over-ambitious and know that in the past I have thrown myself into the deep end of projects, so I am working to try and educate myself a bit more and build out my resources - any advice is greatly appreciated!

Are you doing fix n flips, real estate development projects, or both?

There are two very large housing projects on Michigan that are issues.

@Shreyas Kalaria its extremely difficult to purchase property in another area unless you can manage the project yourself.

When I agreed on the project, i thought it would be a good selling point but then I changed it to a rental a month into the project.

After spending 15k and 1 month full time getting their projects ready to sell, I was fired (?!)

We are starting to work on Tiny Homes as a project direction -- our program has several years of experience in construction and building quality homes and now I am trying to get to know the regulations and guidelines for Tiny Homes.Would love to connect with anyone else in this Tiny Home world to grown and learn! 

They understand that the project may not make money and are willing to take that risk.
