i see this has been stale for 2 months. did you ever find anyone and close the deal?

You’re absolutely right that interest rate predictions can make it tempting to wait for a better deal.

At the end of college if that is your plan, then you can keep it for a rental or sell it to do your next deal.

Now that I'm investing I dont' pay for comps, what I do is I'm always on the lookout for new deals, so constantly scranning listings for deals that look interesting.

Or do I evict, deal with a RE agent, and sell?
