It is sad to see that these (new)wholesalers are not understanding that they need more into and disclosures to do a legit business better than they learn in these so called "courses". 

I recently founded Auben Capital Partners to focus my time and energy on raising capital.Today, I lead a team of SFR experts who have transacted over 2 billion dollars in sales, completed over 30,000 renovations/developments and leased over 20,000 units.However it was a long road to get to this point, full of lots of challenges and lessons learned.

Being in real estate full time I am open to whatever opportunity may "come across my desk," especially helping investors in central Ohio.Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing music in my band - The Boondogglers, and am an avid sports fan.Excited to learn and connect with you all!
