If, however, your rehab consists of paint, carpet, appliances, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, you can do that yourself and present receipts or invoices to Lender to have repair escrow funds released.Hope that helps!

@Manolo D Its hard to compare apples to apples when your apples are not the kind of work I preform. 1,500-2,500sft. flips, kitchen, and bathroom remodels not large contracts with the state or new construction.
