@Oleg Shalumov - Check out Cozy, I personally do not use it, but I've heard good things from people that do, and I've been impressed with the presentations I've seen at conferences.

We don't have an STR in that area, but I can tell you that we've been really impressed with TurnoverBNB.

Impressive that you still self manage at that level.

The situation is I have a potential renter, she submitted an application and Smartmove and I'm not impressed for a number of reasons, inlcuding: 3 felonies for theft and fraud (more than 10 years ago), she only makes 2.5x the monthly rental amount, she's a bartender so her reported income is questionable, and the last red flag is she is in a serious rush to move in because her previous landlord supposedly sold the home she was renting.

I have to say Chris that's really impressive and takes a lot of wisdom to think that way.

As somebody who has created an app for investors, this platform is very impressive. 

@Jeri Artal I was impressed by the late evening phone call and have not had any lender do that, making me skeptical.
